With a B.A. in music, a Masters degree in psychotherapy, and a license to practice massage therapy, Max Highstein began his recording career creating guided relaxation tapes. His later instrumental albums combine gentle pop rhythms with optimistic melodies designed for the new age-lifestyle market already familiar with his narrated work.
